| Subject: Pay RPRF then give paspports then send RPR receipt |

I received a letter (Cairo) saying I should go to the Cairo?s visa section to hand over the passports on Sunday, Monday on Thursday.
In the same letter another paper said I should pay the right of permanent residence -which I already did now- then go to the embassy with 3 copies on Tuesday.
The question is: Are the two things linked? Can I hand the passport on Sunday and then provide the receipts on Tuesday? I am asking about that because one applicant told me I should handover receipts then the passports or else they will reject it, which is not at all clear in the letter sent.
Another point: Some fellow applicants received instructions to create an account in scotiabank and remit the required settlement funds. I received nothing on that regard.

As far as I know, they need proof of your paying the fees before they issue you a visa. I would hand in the passports and receipts at the same time.
I have no idea about the account with the settlement funds. It;s the first time i´ve heard of such a thing.
