  Hello,

Just wondering, the process for ppl differs in time and treatment, and based on countless ppl experiences, not to mention mine, it´s damn strange to see some getting it relatively quickly, smoothly while others who could be much better in every qualification to become a sincere immgirant, suffer from the prolonged waiting, non-sense treatment, and indeifinite unswers. I admit that some good ppl got it fairly, but my question is about those who are still be put in a nondetermisintic position as if it were done on purpose. What could be the reason, and PLEASE DO NOT tell me it´s their suspecious background or the papers they provided are not ok, or so and so and excuse the word, such crap...thoughts...like u could be a dangerous to the community. Heh! Everything is okay and all docs are okay and the persons are okay, so what´s the problem?

Let me hear the answer form a specialist, a consultant, and officer or whatever, and i´m sure there are many out there who agree with me.

Every case is treated individually and we cannot compare cases is a statement we have heard from dumb teachers when some student come with their test paper complaining about some grade. The teacher to avoid his/her mistake they create such a dumb argument, which is now being used for the immigraiton purpose. Excuse us please, we deal with cases individually, and this itself indicates many things...one I could conclude myslef, ...nevermind ... just want to share my views and to hear yours as well.

Cheers!

each embassy has its on backlog. some countries have more - some less. If you happen to be from a country such as India, there are lots of people applying to live in Canada - more than Canada is willing to accept in a given year. It is a matter of waiting your turn. If you are from a different country - say Brazil ... the wait is less because there is less interest in Canada and all applications received in a given year can move through the system.

another factor once your turn comes is the complexity of your file. If you have education that is vague, work experience that does not add up... more time is required to sort it out. If verification comes back slowly - then everyone (including CIC) must wait.

If you have done military service, if you live in a high risk country, if you are bringing numerous family members with you - all affects your processing time.

Unfortunately, there does not seem to be a better way to do it at the moment. There is lots of debate how to shorten the backlog but for certain it will not be coming through increased annual immigration numbers.

My background cleared in 2 1/2 year. Still waiting!! I am in USA got BS and MBA from USA.I am working for multinational company in USA so no problem to verify my work experience. Is US is high risk country? I am single and no family members.

Sharon: I don´t know why you are taking side for CIC. May be you can convince other people in this forum but not me. There could be two reasons for delay they are racist or they are dumb.

People who applied after me are applying for citizenship in Canada.

I´m taking sides because I have an application which I need to get cleared. By taking side I hope they will fasten the process for my application.

stating the facts is not about taking sides. don´t ask questions if you have no interest in the answers.

have you ordered your CAIPS notes to see why things appear to be hung up.

I?m taking sides because ?..
Ans: This is your daydream. I don´t know if you are kidding or serious for me it´s none. Don?t write for shake of write.

MR - you may be right?..
It is not matter who is right or wrong. We give our opinion in this forum and share experience.

Stating the facts is not about taking sides???.
Ans: I am not asking any question. You think you know the facts that?s what you think.

I agree with you MR. And I´m sure I have mentioned what I don´t expect as an answer to my post, such as your file is complex because your documents are vague or hard to verify...etc.

Who asked here what is your country of origin? Heh seems the system is biased, eh? Otherwise you would not consider it a reason for a delay.

It´s about luck? Naaaaaaaaaaaah Nahi Nahi Nahi

It´s about ...nevermind!

Perhaps you have deep-colored freckles. There is a rumor going around that blokes with freckles of the deep kind may be more prone to cancer of the epithelium tissue, particularly around the arse.
