HI i have filed for my wife,who is in india.I sent application to missisaaga ,they took 50 days to process for my wife PR and forwarded to newdelhi on june 16th.Till now i donot see any status change in the internet about process in new delhi.some body is saying it takes 2 months in newdelhi.Could any one have idea,how long it takes in new delhi for spouse PR?.

Did you live with your wife before coming to Canada?
I think of marrying a Russian girl that I never lived with. I know her for 7 month from the web, and I gonna see her live first time in September.
If I´ll marry her there and return back to Canada, would I face problem from immigration to bring her to Canada?
I am a PR myself

well, according to what i´ve seen and read, you might have problems doing that, but hey, if you marry her, she has a much better chance of getting her PR and moving to canada with you. She might not be allowed to live in canada more than six months, but, the best thingto do is ask immigration. Most citizens of countries which don´t require a visa to enter Canada can only stay six months, but, if you marry her and bring her over to canada, and when you get there, you can apply from there and she may get in quickly.

Original poster. I believe 4-8 weeks is about the right amount of time for Newdelhi from what I have seen posted timelines from other people from that region.
Patients.
As for the person with the Russian gf. Chances are, if you get married and sponsor her as your spouse it will be ok.
Just remember, there is alot of scams from Russia so be careful. Get a pre-nup although that will not protect you from you Sponsorship undertaking but it will protect your assets. Certainly do not help to sponsor other family members cause if it is a scam you could be on the hook for 10 years instead of the 3 years of a spouse.
