Subject: Question for Roy
  Hi Roy!

Do you think that bad publicity in "The Sun" Toronto News paper MOCs committed by Cubans among others. I was accepted as a sponser on June 12 and I am sending my papers to Quebec Gouv. for the certificate. Do you think this bad publicity could reach the Visa office in Havana?

Thanks for your help, you´ve always been so great here. I don´t understand the way some people treat you on this forum. I really think you´ve been a big help. Thanks and hang in there!

it just means they might look at your application a little harder and a little longer.

I am on the west coast and not familiar with the story you are discussing but any time there is a ´public display´ of immigration abuse, we all tend to pay the price.

My Neice is going through the same process as you, right now. I know the article and will post it for all to read. This type of stuff has been going on for years. I married a foreigner and it has been great.

The worse article is about Indian ex-pats going home and getting married to steal the dowry. W5 covered that article. Every visa post looks at the marriage and from certain countries a little more severe but if you have tons of photos of your partners family laughing and having fun with you do not worry.

If not there is always the ADR alternate disput resolution process. I won at this stage of an appeal for a Lady who had not been back down to Cuba to see her spouse for two years basically because of legal counsel suggestion and if you want to know more you can call or write me.

If you have any more evidence of contact which should be difficult now because the government cuts them off send it to visa post. Always understand there are two sides to every newspaper article. Wish you the best of luck.

I think a lot of the blame goes to the desperate or trickster Canadians (Indo-Canadian men are notorious for duping the families of hopeful and unsuspecting women in India of their lifelong savings by marrying the women, deflowering them with great ceremony and returning to canada and vanish for a year or two till they decide to return to India and try another girl). There was recently a Canadian man dreaming about an unknown woman in Russia, wanting to know how to bring her over. Do it smartly people: just ask Sahron, at least she does the guys and let them be. If they want to move to Canada, she gives them advice but stays put when it comes to emotional stuff. She does contribute to their well being but she is aware from the start she is giving the money as gift... or perhaps as a token for their services. When you jump into deals emotionally, you get the burn. Then again, try to talk to an Indo-Canadian woman and you will know how barbaric they are. Can Canadian wenches finally love their men? It is a very big question. You can´t blame the indo-canadian men, they are just using the opportunity. The real slave-mind is in India who are ready to pay out as much cash to export their daughters to canada. Love is never free. You pay in spousal and/or child support for years once you enjoy a little bit of sex with a Canadian woman.
