If I want them snail mail, how do I get them? I see much OL but would prefer them by hand mail.

Hi,
If you want to get an application kit sent to you via snail mail you have two options available to you:
1) If you are living in Canada you can call the CIC Call Centre (1-888-242-2100) and ask an agent to have an application kit sent to you.
or
2) If you are living outside of Canada you will need to contact a Canadian embassy, consulate or high commission.
