I will be reaching the Toronto Airport at 10:30 AM. Can anyone tell me how long is the immigration interview at the POE. I have other appointment that i can´t miss.

You cannot say, usually it takes about 15 mins for entire process. But keep 30-40 mins.

Thanks for your help guys. I am back in US. Took me 10 min. at the POE. The immigration lady insisted that i should take my stay in canada more seriously as they have given me residency. She told me the 2 in 5 years rule. She couldn´t have denied me entry on this basis.
I told her that i will be leaving for USA in 2 days because i work there.
When asked when will i permanently move, i said next summer.
