I have received landing papers but I am without status in Canada. Landing papers are valid till September & my lawyer has advised me to go to peace bridge & tell US customs that I do not want to enter US but just want to turn around & land into canada.
Is this possible? Has anyone heard any incidents regards this?
US will send me back but will they not deport me which would be on my record & I might never be able to enter US again?
Will Canada create problems for me to land since I have been without status in Canada?

buddy..If you are in canada and just want to activate ur PR and you are out of status..
do one thing go to the doctor ,take a letter from the doc,say ur sick for so and so reason..and go to the any briedge or port of canada custom and tell them the whole story..nd you will not get in any problem.
