Just I received the following letter from the Canadian Embassy.Is there any one who knows about the following statment.
"currently unable to finalize the assessment of your application at this point due to the order of the Federal Court of Canada, Court file No. IMM-2819-02 and cross reference No.IMM-2117-03, dated june 20,2003.?

May I ask you when did you file your applicaton?
My guess is at the end of 2001.
Have you ordered the CAIPS notes?

It seems this has to do with the retroactive application of the new criteria to select PR applicants.

I have been submitted my application sinc june 2001,and visa officer took my degree to verify from the univeeristy,
Just I want to know that How long it does take to verify my degree from the university,
Please let me know in detail.
