| Subject: What if I can't provide W2's? |

Hi,
I was wondering if anybody was asked to provide W2´s and didn´t have them becuase was working off the books. I have almost 2year experience with one company but I don´t have W2. What happens if I am asked to provide that and I don´t it. I am not autorized to work in the US.

then you will not get points for time worked.

Friend of mine got the residence a few months ago. He wasn´t able to provide W2 because he was on F1 visa which doesn´t allow him to work. He claimed points for almost 3 years and he did it.
