| Subject: employment on new form |

hey all, i have a quick question, i am here fulling out the new simplified app form for canada SW and in the section on employment, it gives a start and end date for all employment, but, in my current job, i don´t have an end date, i´m a permanent employee, so, what do i put in the end place? (the part that says TO, meaning what year and month you stopped working at the place) what do i put there? should i leave it blank? or will that just cause my app to be sent back to me? Thanx all.

put in ´current´. solves the blank issue, answers the questions - and if they still don´t like it... they are stupid and will send it back or change it themselves to how they want it.
I can´t imagine what else you could put there.

thanx sharon, but, you see, it doesn´t have any space to write words, just the normal date type structure eg 02/05/06...i have no idea what to put in there.

Well dunno what everyone else has done, but I wrote in that column, TO DATE. Hope they accept it that way! I have just sent in my application a week ago, and am waitng for the AOR.
