Dear Sharon,
My AOR is Jan 2006 and I´m planning to sit in IELTS exam by October,
what I´m confused if I send CIC London my results in October will they return it back because of the simplified procedure or it will not implemented to me. OR simplified procedure is for both Pre and Post September applications.

simplified is for applications going in to the system after September 1, 2006. All other applications still work the old system.
