| Subject: how much time a person can delay his landing |

Can anybody tell me about if the person get the skilled immigration and how much long he can stay his own country.
Because my wife is studying and she has almost a year left for her studies, so how much time I can delay, or on the time of visa stamp I can request them to delay in landing in Canada.

hi JAT,
to my knowledge ur maximum visa validity may be the day when ur medical will expires. i mean 12 months from the date ur medical done. e.g. medical date : 1-apr-06 visa expiry date may be maximum 1-apr-2007.

jat, look at the stamp on your passport. It will have the last date to land on it.
You should try to land and then come back to your home country instead.
