I am planning to land during middle of Aug, what is the re entry requirement to re enter into US , My I-94 is valid till Nov´06.

I think you need to have a valid US visa which lets you enter the country.

Depends on what visa you have in the US. F1 you can enter even if your visa is expired. Your status must be current
