I will be arriving soon to Canada and I am concerned what I can bring to Canada. I heard that people on the border want everything to be decleared. Money of course but everything else including private things.
Is that true? Can I bring any food to Canada? Can anybody comment on this? Please post it here or send me an email to rosa2002@itamail.it
I appriciate all your help.

bring everything (in reply to: Import during Immigration to Canada) You are allowed to bring anything you can when migrating to Canada. I don´t know how is with USA but with Canada is different. So bring everything you can.

You can bring anything you can (in reply to: Import during Immigration to Canada) When I came to Canada (Toronto) I brought everything I could - except the things you are not allowed like food. Not sure if the law has changed since then, probably not. But you should double check it for any case.
