Subject: proof of work experience
I am currently studying in The USA, and am planning to apply for permanent resident status in CANADA in the Skilled Worker program. All my work experience is in BULGARIA and I was wondering how I will have to prove it.
Do I have to submit paychecks or letter from the employer, or everything is judged by the immigration officer by an interview?
Enyone with firm information on this issue, pleas help.
Thank you all very much
Peter

Application process (in reply to: proof of work experience)
Hi Peter.

Citizenship and Immigration Canada has several guidebooks, processing manuals, instructions and all application forms available online for Skilled Worker applicants (see www.cic.gc.ca). And while this generic information is useful, it is not an exhaustive resource for all concerns and questions. Furthermore, their forms are awkward to use (e.g. you can not save your changes when filling the forms online), and guidebooks are, often, too vague to be of significant use.

You could hire an expensive lawyer or consultant to help you with your application. However, most of these services focus on third-party representation, and use this after-submission processing time to correct mistakes and fulfill visa office requests. Or, you could hire an advisor, such as myself, to help you draft and compile the very best application (thus avoiding the expense and delays of third-party rep).

I offer a very structured and user-friendly approach to serving Skilled Workers. Everything I do is tailored to the client, whilst ensuring that all government criteria are met PRIOR to submitting the application. Please check out my site at www.e-ca.ca, and take the ´e-intro tour´ (see left-hand button) - it will explain every component of my services. Oh yeah, best of all, my complete service packages start at under $900.00 CDN.

Sincerely,

Dennis Caul
