| Subject: NY transferees III (Got visa and COPR) |
Finally got my passport with visa and COPR. Plan to land tomorrow. Could anyone please tell me the procedure, since i am already in canada. I know i have to go to the border. Do i need a US visa?

No, you don´t need a US visa. You will have a sign a voluntary withdrawl of your application to enter US for the reason that you don´t want to enter US and you just want to finish your immigration procedure. This will not create any problems for you ever. It is a no fault paper.
Don´t forget to take all the documents with you, including study/work permit or any other type of document that allowed you to stay in Canada so far. Take another proof of funds, also.

Congrat Anony!!!
I also got it today. Passport with visa and COPR for all my family members.
Now I´m going for landing through 1000 islands and will show you my experience tonight.
