I viewed my recent CAIPS reports which neither indicates medical reports received nor medical decision till now, for medicals done in early Jan06. The DMP confirmed all reports were sent in Jan06.
It´s a real long wait.
Is this a normal ´go-slow´ during the spring/summer season for the immigration health services in ottawa? (Well deserved ´stress´ breaks perhaps for the zillions of documentation processed annually)
Is there a system by which the public gets to know as to how documentation is processed viz. sequentially v/s ad hoc basis?
There is a number to call ..which always gets into a voicemail ...and clearly mentions that requests relating to receipt of medical documents are not answered (a quasi human touch to service).
Is there anything an applicant can do to understand a method/status in that maze w.r.t. his/her case??
