| Subject: Frustration with Immigration |

I have a pending spousal application in West Africa. When the CIC there mails documents for my spouse, instead of mailing them to my spouse, they send them to me in Canada and then I have to turn around and mail the package back to West Africa. And, to make matters worse, they sent it to my residence address and not my mailing address, even though they have it all clearly on file. Do they do this to add to the frustration and also to keep the waiting times even longer than they are already??
Also, why bother having e-client status on the website? It NEVER gets updated!!!!
And, why no communication? And why don´t politicians (including the Minister of Immigration) give a shit about the many, many faults with the immigration system? Canada wants immigrants, but it is just lip service in the news media, not reality (unless the immigrant can bring lotsa cash with them).
After the interview is over, the medical and police check have been sent (twice because the first set expired already) what is the holdup?? I realize checks must be done, but this is ridiculous.
Anyone with answers to these questions, please reply.

What is the hurry? let the process take its course. Realize that there are zillions of applicants. If you are sex starved, just find a temporary fix in the hometown.
