My Given Name is XYZ as per in my Pass Port. I don´t have any Family Name Should i leave this blank or should i write "N/A"
Question No 17. Where do you inended to live in canada City/Town
I would like to live in Mississauga but in the form it was not mentioned Province. If i will write for this Question City/Town Mississauga it is enough
Question No. 26.Your Work Experience
My Current Occupation is technician and i am working for past 4 years
From 2002 To Till Date. Should i write Till Date on the box or the date when i use to submit my documents.

Leave it blank or write N/A - both has same effect. But make sure that when read in the order of "Given Name""Family name", it should read excatly as is written on your passport.
Question 17
If you are familier with canada, write a city of your choice. If you r not familier, write "anywhere".
Question 26.
You can write the date of your application or "to date".

one more and last question
As i am the applicant of Middle east working in KSA from the past 4 years should i mention the
Question 17.Your identity Card Number If aviable
here in KSA it was issue Iquma For reference but it is in the Arabic should i mention the Iquama ID in this Form or should i write N/A
If i mention the ID Number is there is any problem at future translations and other problems plz give the best way

If you are applying to the office in your home country, its not necessary.
Dont worry about the arabic, you can get a certified translationb for as cheap as SR.25.00.
