Hi Nahid: If I may ask, why are you worried after only a month? Has Ottawa not received them, or do you have another reason? Looking through others´ timelines, it looks like PPR is being asked 2-6 months or so after medicals are received (Buffalo office, anyway, I´m not sure where you applied), so I wouldn´t worry about anything yet.

If something goes wrong in your medicals they will contact you and most likely ask you to redo the tests. There are two levels of assessments though. First one is done by the physician you have referred to and the second one is conducted by CIC physicians in Ottawa. Either way, they will contact you if something is wrong.

Hi Nahid: I doubt you have reason to worry about your husband´s condition. I think that in cases like diabetes they just want to make sure it´s under control, that medications are being taken, etc. Best of luck to you, and don´t worry too much! :)
