i would like to know if after landing to Canada if i have to fill out an application to receive my pr card. i gave them the landing paper to the immigration officer and she asked an adress that i gave her. rihgh now i dont if ihave to summit an application for pr card

No, you shouldn´t have to submit anything seperately to get your PR Card after landing. That would have been done automaticaly for you at landing. That´s why Cnadian immigration asked for an address, which is where they´ll send your PR card to. As I recently found out, they used pictures that were part of your COPR papers for your PR card.
