I have Master degree after 17 years and I have two years experience in skill type B (supervisory postion not in manegerial level) and according to Canadian NOC, my experience requires college course not a university degree. The country in which I am presently working requires BA degree for this job. Please help me, Can I still claim 25 points for education and 17 points for experience. However my master degree and experience are totally related. I really appreciate your reply.

Yes the key between the NOC and your occupation is whether you do the main duties as stipulated in the NOC check Overseas Processing manuals for details.
