I am Canadian citizen and my fianc? is a Swedish citizen, because that she has stayed more than one year she doesn?t have any status right now. We?re planning to get marry next week. And I would like to know if there?s going to be a problem with immigration when we apply for her permanent resident.

Sorry to tell you this, but yes, there will be a problem because she has no status here. If you want to get married, get married, but she needs to apply for her visa ASAP. Also if they ask her, she better have good explanation why she never renewed her visa.
Anyway, you can not apply for her PR until your get marriage certificate, and currently in Ontario it takes over 3 months to get it.

If a guy is previously filipino citizen married and separated and 2 children (both married now) for almost 14 years. Now, he is canadian citizen with common-law partner with 13 years.
He planning to marry his common-law partner in canada. Is his previous wife is valid or he can submit annulment in the Philippines. If he will gonna be married to his common-law partner in Canada is this valid?
