sad and scary....
here in Calgary vacancy rate in rentals is tooooooo low to the point that potential tenants bid for the place....I know somebody who placed a $1500 a month bid for a $1200 townhouse with 1 year advance rental and still was not approved....probably there were higher bids.
real estate here is at its craziest....law of supply and demand truly being felt.
