what is the best way to order CAIPS? After how much time is it reasonable to do so? Any relevant information would be highly appreciated.

onlt if you are in Canada you can order Caips.
If not you can use someone who is in Canada to order for you. Just need to sign the proper papers.
I would order CAIPS if an Intreview is warrented or if it has been more that the time stated in the AOR an no initial assessment or meds were issued.
