I AM PLANNING TO APPLY FOR CANADIAN IMMIGRATION , UNDER FEDERAL SKILLED WORKERS´ CATEGORY.
1. WHICH VISA OFFICE SHOULD I SEND MY APPLICATION TO ? LONDON VISA OFFICE OR CANADIAN VISA OFFICE IN UAE.
2. IS IS MANDATORY TO TAKE IELTS TEST OR WE CAN PROVIDE THEM WITH ENGLISH LEVEL CERTIFICATES OR LEVEL TEST RESULTS THROUGH ANY ENGLISH INSTITUTE?
3. IS IT BETTER TO APPLY THROUGH ANY LAWYER OR ASSOCIATES?
4. SHOULD I APPLY BY NORMAL APPLICATION OR SIMPLIFIED APPLICATION (NEW)?

Aash seems you have not read anything about immigration to Canada, please go to the offical immigration site which is http://www.cic.gc.ca/ all your questions are answered there...and that is the offical site of Canada, it open to anyone, it is free, and they give accurate information...
If you do not take this as an offensive or rude behaviour I would suggest you to learn to take responsibility for your own application, please go to the site I wrote above, read everything in details, study hard and do your homework, and then apply.... Everything is clear in that site, everything is given in details, you do nbot need anybody, or lawyer or any colsultants, ...
