instead of " we started......" it shows "ecasq_eventMsg_9"

any idea what is this

I did my medical Nov.2004 and interview April 06. Still waiting for PPR.

This is a database internal name that represents the actual text. For whatever reason the application/database is not working right, but my guess is that the text behind this is Medicals Received.

On the other board, someone just said an event 9 message means In Process. Oh well.

It should be "in process" because I haven´t done my medicals.

Yeah, It more likely means "in process" rather than "medical received" since the first message has been ever showing in my e-cas.
