Hi
I got 2 question i´m in the middle of filling out my papers to sponser my husband from Dominican Republic but we have an age difference of 10 years (his id says he is 19 and i´m 29. 1-Will that make a difference or take longer for the process?
2-I have custody of my niece (17 years old) and i also declare her on my income taxes, now how/where do i fill this out on my papers?

Question 1 You have to show a bond between you and your husbnad by completing a minimum one page letter at the end of your questionnaire and his. Then he has to write his answer as well.
Your neice is included in your IMM 5481 sponsorship evaluation.
