| Subject: Regarding spouse stamping |

My wife has sent her passport on 17 th july and they received on 19th july in new delhi.Today(11 aug) they have changed the e status as decission made about my wife application and they are informing to my wife about their decission.
What it means?
Because they requested for my wife passport and she sent it.And now they put their message like this.
Any one have any idea what it means?
