Respected sir/Madam,
I am a 24 year old computer engineer based here in united arab emirates . I have done my graduation studies here in UAE and now wants to immigrate to Canada. I would appreciate if you could let me know if its possible for me to do this and what all steps should I go through before I become a citizen of your country.

any body can guide me and help me coz i dont know any body in canada no body and site not enough

dear friend please visit http://www.cic.gc.ca and read everything there in details, and just a suggestion with that name, you should really reconsider applying to Canada ...You might have a very hard time, and I am sure if you are working as an engineer in the UAE you must be getting a good salary, then stay there, there is no way you can get the same wages you are getting there (UAE) in Canada.
