I was deported form canada on 4th of august, because I failed my application for refugee status. I have a job letter from l´archer, edmenton as a live-in care giver for developmental disable people and to go back and resume work on 1 st of November.
I need ministers permission for entry. Help how i can proceed with this? What are my chances?
Case Summary:
Ms.Syeed Saeeduddin entered Canada on 2001. She applied to remain permenately and that application was refused. Her PRRA was rejected on 20th Sep 2004. And Ms.Saeeduddin was ready to depart Canada on 2005. However she was from an area that was effected by tsunami,removal was deferred. On2nd Sep 2005 NHQ advised that the deferral was lifted. She is again read;y for removal, has cooperated wtth the removal arrangements and has purchased her own ticket for return to India.

No security, criminal or health risk have been identified.

I think your best option would be to stay deported. Not much going on in Alberta besides tons of misery... Enjoy your life wherever you are. Just become a terrorist or worse.

The chance of you being allowed to return with the Ministers consent with those circumstances is very low. There just are too many people waiting to arrive as LIC applicants. If you pay the $400.00 for consent the employer will still have to get HRSDC approval.

what about this case:
refugee - denied
PRRA - denied
i had to leave till 3weeks
I left canada in this period, it means i didnt stay any longer, can i apply for work permit (in my country-canadian embassy)?
I have job offer, job letter, contract and HRSDC.. I worked in canada for this company 1year (before i had to leave) and this company has a headquarters in europe and i am still employee of this company..
Do you know about anybody who did it and got it?
