Say the truth, the new policy from HRSDC is that the job posting has to be on the org job posting place for at least 40 or 20 days , and if they fail to get any native Canadian applied for that post, only then they can apply to HRSDC for recruiting foreign workers, else NO way !

Workincanada.ca was a big scam. They fooled a lot of people including me with fraudulent job offers, stole their money and disappeared. Ellie Harries (one of their manager) Alissa guaressimenko (her assistant) are big time suckers!!!
