This is a message about the fate of international students. A student invited to Canada to study must study and maintain a pass grade to study in a University. Academic failure means the student will be forced to leave the country unless there is some alternative. But, some students will start thinking about remaining in Canada as they feel going back to their home country will not be reasonable. The reason is international students may face several problems when they return to their home country. Because they may plan for many years when they leave their country. To return after failure in academic programme may not be the best choice for the students. It may also frustrate them. In order to effect this and ensure ways of remaining in Canada, some students may develop a refugee case suited for the purpose of immigration. This will cause them to hate their home country and may end up a politician by leaving their academic track.
Canada should take in to consideration the fact that students coming to Canada through official paper are legal in their country. If they provide a case for immigration, Canada shouldn´t accept them. The reason is when student come to Canada they pass through legal procedures. No country in the world allows student to leave the country without a legal condition. I myself needed an exit visa to go abroad for a study programme. In order to get an exit visa, I needed a letter from my Institute. So, there is no way you can leave my country without a legal document. That is how they control student mobilization within different countries. If a student has some legal problem, an exit visa can not be issued to the student. This means the student will never come to Canada although the student accepts you.
If the student insists there is a political problem in home country following academic dismissal in a University, the immigration shouldn´t ask even for evidence as the student was officially invited. After being dismissed, I was not told anything about my future fate. Let alone transport coverage and facilitate my going to home country, I was not treated proprely. I think Canada lacks such a responsiblity for international students. Their tendency is to push you to illegal process such as refugee case development of unexisting situation for immigration purpose. If an international student can not pay for transportation, the fate will be to remain in Canada by developing a false case. So I am commenting for Universities to arrange all the necessary things so that international students will go back home even if they fail. For example, the Netherlands have a strong immigration system to check where an international student is after failure or graduation. They will never miss you. This comment of me will help Canadian Universities to monitor international students immediately after a certain event happened to them. Otherwise it is better not to invite students to Canada. Students who do not have political problem in their home country start thinking about politics in Canada. That means they will develop a new mind that does not go in parallel with their career

Why do you think you should stay in Canada??? It makes no sense. I lived in Ethiopia and loved it. I had my best time in Ethiopia.... but it was not my country so I had to leave. I left and am now at home. I think you are a serious nutcase if you want to stay here even illegally.

righteous man, live in Canada for a while, you should know how to offer help to people when they needed..
if you are not willing to offer help, please do not always try to discourage people period!
