Need help.......
Buffalo was suppose to re-open my file on 23-7-2006. It´s been almost a month and I haven´t heard any thing from them. How long do they take after re-opening the file?

I guess you mean BF date, I believe BF date does mean "file open", I was told by my mp office that my case will be re-opened on July 31, and then Aug 4th, I received letter from Buffalo...
suggest you check your CAIPS again

What does BF date means then? File BF to MKD July 23, 2006 is in my CAIPS. I thought it meant that they will re-open my file on that day.

a BF date is when the officer will look at your case...they could issue IA (go onto next step of processing) or put another BF date for assessment at a later date.
