this bothers me...
I came from Philippines..
I met my husband(canadian guy) on the internet when i was already pregnant from my previous relationship(not married).He is interested to be the father of my baby.After 3 days of giving birth my husband arrived(december 2005)we registered the baby on his name.and he signed the affidavit of acknowledgement/admission of paternity at the back of live birth.
We got married May 2006.And now my husband sets all together the documents to apply for the family class sponsorship.We want to bring the baby with us to canada
My question are: can my husband include my baby for the family sponsorship?Does the embassy will require us the adoption paper or citizenship?
Pls help me for clarifications
