Subject: Supporting Documents for immigration application
  Hello

I will be applying for Canadian immigration. I would like to know if the following documents are sufficent to complete the file. .If not please let me know what additional documents i have to append to my application. I am applying just for myself.

1) Application for permanent residence in canada
2)Schedule 1 Background / declaration
3) Economic class -Federal Skilled workers
4) Additional family information

5)My job contract letter from my current and previous jobs
6)3 reference letters from my collegues
7) My Tax returns
8) education Transcripts
9) Degrees
10) certifications
11) English language professioncy documents
12)Fees Money order
13) Photographs.
14)Passport copy

Please suggest me if i am missing any documents. Also i would like to know if i have to submit Police clearence certificate.

my dear , did you checked the official canadian immigration web site recently ? there is a new simplified application start from 1/9/2006
only one form will be sent in addition to the fee the full details in the following link ,
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/applications/skilled-simple.html

the purpose is speed up the applications proccessing time due to avoiding resending the documents

The simplified process is not to speed up the process it is because they do not want to pay for storage space to keep the massive files at certain visa posts for any business or economic componet application. Why do they ask for documents for any PNP application which averages 8 months for all visa posts.

Processing of SW applications have increassed in excess of 500% in the last tem years. Many got approved and issued visas in three months or less in 1996.
