That depends if your country of citizenship has a visa waver program with the US.

I hope you got a job lined up in Canada, rather than worrying about visiting the USA.
No prearranged employment before you come to Canada is usually a disaster.

no one push us to get in a disaster and preapering visit usa is a very urgent visit not for fun and if u cant help on reply u dont need to be on forum!!!

If citizens of your country require a US visitor visa and you have with you a confirmation of permanet residency and USINS know you will become landed in Canada it is likely that you will recieve a US visitor visa on your way to Canada if you have a ticket from the US to Canada.
