| Subject: Credit rating / OSAP and sponsoring Wife? |

I am in deep trouble now. I am about 12,000 in debt (OSAP for University and Credit Card for books).
Would this affect my chances of having my spouse immigrate to Canada? I´m about to finish my classes and hopefully find work soon after. I have no plans of going with welfare or anything like that. I plan to live with my parents for another 2 or 3 years (I´m 22 now).
Please help.

No, there is no income consideration for spousal. Just don´t go on welfare and you´ll be fine, although you´ll be financially responsible for her for 3 years which can be tough!
