Subject: HRDC and Interview Queue...
  Hi everyone,

please, take a look to my case and give me some idea…

- Applied: Nov 2002
- File #: Jan 2003
- AOR: Dec. 2003

In the AOR letter is included:

1) The request to fill a background information form with my last year
activities and addresses;
2) They inform me that an interview will be required in NYC;
3) The medical form but they say to book the visit after I will
receive the interview date.

Together with the above, they let me know that I have 90 days to fax
back the filled background form and that I will be transferred on NYC
interview queue after that. Now the process is blocked until I will
send them the missing information.

The problem is that I am also waiting the HRDC validation related to
my arranged employment and
I was waiting for it before submitting the information they asked.

My question is: what happen if I send the missing info now, they will
put me on queue and I will receive the HRDC validation while I am
waiting for the interview? Can I still update my application? Can I
carry the HRDC stuff with me directly at the interview or whatever?

Please, help me because as you can see it´s a bit messy…

Thanks

Sorry, I do not clearly understand your questions. However, I strongly recommend that you send the "missing information" as soon as possible. And as for your HRDC confirmation, the visa officer may simply ignore it because it was not included in your original submission.

Sincerely,
