I will be applying at buffalo soon. Do we need to pay the applicatiobn fees in Canadian Dollars or can we pay it in USD if yes how much would that be, is it a fixec fee in USD or do we have to convert it with todays rate.

I went to my bank and got an "International Draft" in Canadian Dollars. You tell them how much you need in Canadian Dollars, and they will take the equivalent US dollars from your bank account. It costs about $15.00 for the service.
