  "Hi CastAway.

I suspect you have received all the freebees you are entitled to from Roy. A thank you might be in order.

You have without a doubt defaulted on your PR requirements. If you want to attend your sisters wedding - you have to make a choice. Forfeit your ?potential? re-enstatement and attend the wedding or forget the wedding and see what you might be able to do with the assistance of a knowledgable consultant or lawyer to get re-enstated.

You obviously thought the deal was done if you have obtained a visa in the past. There is no sure deal here so the decision is yours."
- Sharon

Dear Sharon, thank you for your post. I have already contacted Roy through www.cvimmigration.com. and thanked him many times over for his invaluable advice. One thing : Above you mention that I obviously knew the jig was up because I entered with a visitor visa...I left Canada in 1991 convinced I was a citizen. At the time, there was absolutely no doubt in my mind. As you prrbably kmow , dual citizenship is acceptable under Canadian law. I knowingly traveled with a foreign passport for study purposes. It was in 1998 that I realized something was horribly wrong.

cheers,

CastAway

canvisa@cvimmigration.ca, right ? I?ve sent you two e mails already.

Anyway, here is the e mail I sent on Saturday :

"Hi Roy

First off I want to thank you for taking the time to answer my queries. Going by what has been posted on the CI Forum, my best bet would be to get to any POE via the US. How much time and money would all of this take (roughly)? What are my odds ?

Thank you

CastAway "

That was sent at roughly 5 pm EST.

Thoughts ?

I WAS WRONG

For some reason my computer at home did not give me access to my web e-mail over the weekend. You were right. The time line is approximately one year and the cost I posted to you in an e-mail a minute ago.

Roy

FYI Roy, I tried accessing your website over the weekend and the domain couldn´t be reached. I think your server was having some network issues.
