husband main applicant .applied in 2004 ,medicals recd by cic on 16 th may.still awaiting ppr.
does ecas ever change?I will be stunned the day it changes.

no ppr recd yet But i had sent an email to cic to which ive recd a reply yesterday saying,´´please be advised that your visa issuance instructions were sent on 18th august" .but the ppr letter has so far not arrived at my mail box.what should be done?I dont think it takes this long for a post to reach saudi arabia even if the postal system here (or the lack of it) happens to be primitive...
has it gotten lost ?
