Dear All,
I would like to find out what are the elements to proof to CICC that I have more than the settlement funds.
For your information; when forwarding my application I included a bank attestation and a bank statement of the required settlement funds.
Timeline.
May 2006: Application sent
june 2006: IA and request for medical
August 2006: Medical done
August 2006: Request of additional proof of funds.
Finally, I would like to know if I will be call up for interview after submitting the required documentation.

Leslie,
Send you bank statments again.
They asked you again because they want to verify whether you still possess those funds.
When I applied I had submitted my bank statements. When I received IA, they again asked for it.

Same happened to me, only one year after, and no problem, just get the updated bank statements from your bank and send them agaian. In my case they said that they were to finalize my case and just needed this proof of funds to make a desicion....

same for us, CIC asked about proof of funds along with medicals. it´s normal
