Hi,
applied through buffalo 2001 nov, I got my interview october 8 2004,I did my highschool from india, but during interview they did not ask me police certificate from india, I already did my medical and fbi one month a go. since they evaluated from old rule so I dont need to submit police certificate is that right? in case they ask me how to get that one? it is hard to contact indian consulate and on the web site doesnt say anythings about non indian.
please help me.

well, this is a taugh call, I suggest you call CIC directly and ask them. Let us know what you find. thanks.

hi
i think we are supposed to submit the police certificates only after the age of 18 or 10 earlier years ,which ever is longer
so u may not need to subit police certificate for the age of high school
