Bob and All,
If interested, here´s a link to a fillable version of the B4 and B4a "personal effects accounting document" forms. I tried it and it works.
The link provides a zipped download file which easily installs on your computer by just clicking on the file name.
This comes from the other discussion board.

But I´m having a slight glitch with B4a (at top a couple information lines are blocked).

You can use these, they work great. Many thanks to nik_amd who did them.

Now, to be able to SAVE them. you need Adobe Acrobat Professional, not only the Acrobat Reader, the reader will let you fill them, but no save them.
You can use Adobe Professional try out, since lasts 30 days, but is heavy, about 200 Mb.
