Well Guys that is the idea. We all are here to help each other with whatever information we have. If the info I have provided is not current - I apologize and request you to please update it.

I feel that most of the information I have posted is correct.

I think it is since 2002 that applications should be processed at the visa office of your region. So it isn´t true anymore that any office can handle your application.
Same thing for business class. It used to be only the offices you mention in your FAQ that handled them, now , any office does business class.

something I have learned... it is VERY important to look at dates when we search the internet for CIC information. 2002 saw big changes in immigration policy, and 2003 saw a lowering in points. If you search now and do not carefully check the date, you can really cause yourself a lot of stress.
