I am excited to share this news with you .. that we have received CPR and Immigration Visas on passports from CIC, LA office.. by saying this... I finished first part of journey...If any one of you is interested in knowing my time-line then it is here: -
1) Applied to CIC, Buffalo -> Dec-23rd-2004
2) AOR -> March-12th-2005
3) Transfer letter to CIC, LA -> Jan-12th-2006
4) IA -> Feb-17th-2006
5) Medical done, PCC , FBI sent -> May-08th-2006
6) PPR Request -> Aug-04th-2006
7) Passports sent -> Aug-10th-2006
8) Visa and CPR received from CIC,LA -> Sep-06-2006
This took me around 21 months and I didn´t hire any attorney to help me on this journey..

Congratulations. All to best to you. Hope you have safe journey and great life in canada.
Did you have to give interview in LA office. If yes can you share your experience with us. I have interview in october in LA. What kind of questions they ask. How long is interview. Is it only about info. you have in your file or do they ask about general questions about canada like why you wanna go to Canada, who is premier of canda, how many provinces thay have etc. Do they as technical questions about your experience.
Any info. you can provide will be helpfull.
