Subject: Use of representative
Could my representative be as written in th form 5476 unpaid member of non- government or religiuos organization?

If I chosed this is this will affect my file? or it is better to send the file without representative. Please tell me

The answer is found in the manuals IP9 section two. The fact that you have an advisor paid or unpaid your suppose to be treated equally.

On this forum many are asking questions because they chose to do the process themselves. Some have little or no problems and others have major problems.

You can also designate anyone to pick up your documents, PPT, CPR etc by signing a IMM 5475

Many authorized representatives deal only in certain areas of Immigration like Refugee cases or Federal court appeals etc. be sure the one you choose is knowing in that particular area.

It may help your case and it may not. Having anyone reviewing your case that is more knowledgeable then yourself will be an assest but a little knowledge or too little knowledge can be harmful.

Either way you signed the forms so your responsible for the content.

Saly I hate to bust your bubble but you will be better off with a hired representative. Frankly, your language is deficient, to say the least.
