Subject: Landing with child~is it difficult?
My American boyfriend has a 10 year old child and we are wondering if it´s just as easy to Land, with child in tow now or land alone, then bring child in later?

Thank you Lorraine.

Is landing as easy as it sounds???

how can you land without a PR visa? if they both have the visas and can land then it won´t make difference when to land, if your asking whther its better to apply for the visa for your BF alone or with the child then the answer is its easier to apply for both at the same time.

The reason is, the child usually goes to grandparents during summer for 2 months. My BF wanted to immigrate in June or July to not disrupt his son´s schooling. So my question is...."Will it be difficult for the child to land 2 months later on his own?"

if he got his visa, he can land any time before it expires as long as this happens at the same time or after the PA landing, so it should be ok
