Dear All,
i applied as a skill worker class from islamabad on 5th september 2001.i got a letter from canadaion high comission" urs selection interview is necessory we will inform you time and date" on 7th June 2004, now dear from that day to till day i am waiting what will happened next? i do not know whether they will conduct my interview or waived it or i got medical but when........ if anyone have faced the same situation then plz plz plz kindly help me out in this critical situation of waiting.......

... I know sometimes it takes longer than that. I don´t know what is the max waiting time, but I´ve been waiting for over 9 months.

I had applied for Canadian immigration since March 2001 from Islamabad as Computer Programmer. Following are the details:
29/03/2001 Application Submitted
13/04/2001 AOR Received
20/09/2003 Letter received of Updated Forms and IELTS
09/03/2004 Documents Submitted
15/03/2004 Letter received for updated proof of funds and original education documents
24/03/2004 Documents submitted
17/05/2004 All original education documents have been received with their covering letter stating that "selection interview is necessary before your application can be processed further. You shall be inform in writing of the date and time of your interview".
Since that I?m waiting for my interview call................
What do u think ???????????????????????

Dude this is crazy man. You have been in waiting since 2001 - almost 4 years and a good 2 more to go at this rate. 5-6 years to get PR is crazy... I feel sorry.

Dear All,
the time they mentioned in 1st letter was 24 months....but now approximately to 4 years are going to passed no interview date and time.i applied from islamabad.i received a letter for inteview they will take i do not know when on 7th june 2004 i applies 5th september 2001.

i had an interview 10 th january would you plese tell me how long they will send me latter of madical my case is provincial nominee programm.my everything was complete how long it will take them to send me madical latter.
